RARE! The Beatles 1964 Mexico Mexican 7 inch EP Musart + SLEEVE 45 rpm RARE!
This is a VERY RARE 45 vinyl record of "The Beatles" "Their 4 Big Hits" from 1964. It was released in Mexico by Musart. It's sung in English but the titles on the record are in Spanish with English below. There are four songs included, two on each side. 
Tracks:              Side 1 - I Want To Hold Your Hand / She Loves You   Side 2 - I Saw Her Standing There / I'll You Get

In 1964, I was with my mother in Tijuana, Mexico when she purchased this for my brother. 
The sleeve is in pretty good condition for being sixty years old. There's some wear, aging, and a seam has opened about 2 1/2" - 3" at the top. (The glue has dried and the cardboard front is separating from the back.) The record appears to have small scratches, but plays except for one spot on "I Want to Hold Your Hand". The rest play without issues. It doesn't have that terrible scratchy sound that a lot of old records get, but it's certainly not new. See photos for conditions. I tried to get photos of the record condition, but the camera couldn't pick up the tiny marks. Those marks don't appear to affect the playing of the record, except for the one spot I mentioned above.
