Description
Rare 4 tracks EP "Beatles For Sale" by The Beatles.
Record is Made in INDIA ! Released in 1965.
Original pressing : Green labels.
Matrix numbers are: 7TCE 860-1N and 7TCE 861-1N.
Sound is from vg-/vg to mostly vg+/ex-.
Beginning of side "1" is with quite a bit of surface noise in background incl. few single louder noises, visually there are two or 3 scratches on first track, lighter scratch is on 2nd track but this one don't affect sound. Surface looks a bit "tired" but apart from beginning/ first part of first track sound is vg to vg+ and on 2nd track vg/vg+ to ex- , however there is gentle surface noise in background music is loud and above. Few louder (not very loud) single noises after the music on side "1"
Side "2" looks bit better, visually there are few gentle marks & lines but sound on this side is vg to mostly vg+ and ex-. There is gentle surface noise in background but music is loud and above. There are two quiet single noises in track number four.
Record waved gently but it does not affect sound in any way.
Sadly sleeve missing small piece of paper and plastic on open edges, there is 2 x tear on front but it is more like bended place :plastic cover keep it together. 3 x tear on reverse , small on top (8mm), one in the middle (1,5 cm) and around 3cm one at the bottom . Sleeve for this pressing (India) was made from rather thin paper what is the reason for condition. Please check pictures.
