- NRMT (M) = No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, labels or writing, tears or splits; nothing! Near Mint ::::::::
- (NM) = A record that is otherwise Mint but has one or two tiny, inconsequential flaws that do not affect play!::::::::
- VG+ TO VG++== MEANS A COUPLE SPOTS WITH MINOR SURFACE NOISE OR SCRATCHES THAT DON NOT AFFECT PLAY:::::::
- Very Good Plus (VG+) = Record has been handled and played either infrequently or very carefully. That is an item obviously not perfect, but not too far from it. On a disc, this could mean that there are light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve or the vinyl may have lost some -not all- of its original luster.warps are okay:::::::
- VG TO VG+ ==NOT ENOUGH SCRATCHES FOR VG, BUT A FEW MANY TO BE VG+:::::::
- Very Good (VG) = Records will display visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear, and spindle trails form countless spins on the turntable. A VG record looks like it will have some audible surface noise when it is played, although any such noise should not overwhelm the musical experience.::::::
