Description
You are looking at a rare release of The Stranglers Choosey Susie single from 1977.
Believe is one of 10,000 released as a giveaway at the time with the Rattus Norvegicus LP.
Free 3, inscribed with WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FOR NOTHING! on the Susie side.
Is in the original orange paper sleeve, which has been kept inside a clear plastic sleeve.
The paper sleeve is in good condition, no rips but visible wear at the opening, some minor creasing, glue is visible through the paper on the reverse on 1 side - see photos.
The record itself is in reasonably good condition - plays through absolutely fine, no skips or jumps. Some very light scratching is visible in certain lights, commensurate with a nearly 50 year old record that has been played, but nothing that affects playback to my ears.
label is in great condition on the Choosey Susie side, Peasant side is good but has some lifting around the hole. No stains, marks or rips on either side.
