Up for sale is "The Tortilla Factory" Self Titled Debut 1973. This rare LP shows light scuffing on both sides as well as a couple small thin scratches, (nothing that catches a nail). Overall a Very Good, (see photos). The sleeve has some minor staining of the white on the edges due to years of handling with dirty hands and some ring wear on the back. The corners, spine and seams are all good. The record comes with a generic inner paper sleeve, (see photos).
My Visual Record Grading:
Sealed: This is a record that is still in its original shrink wrap and has never been opened or played. It looks like it came right off of the store shelf yesterday, and is usually unblemished in any way.
Mint: This is a record that is in perfect condition, with no scratches on the vinyl and nothing missing from the album cover, sleeve, or contents. A mint record plays flawlessly.
Very Good++: This record is in perfect condition and plays flawlessly just like mint, might have slight visible scuffing of the record that will disappear with a good cleaning.
Very Good+: This record is in great condition and still plays like it was new. There may be some scuffing on the record that does not hinder play.
Very Good: This record still plays well but has visible light scuffs or scratch(es). 
Good: This record plays, but with noticeable pops and hissing, not chipped or broken.
