Description
Three great additions to the Big Star collection, all rare and in NM-/NM condition in both vinyl and sleeves:
1. Big Star Live - It was issued in the mid-80s by the Big Star Fan Club and includes a full concert at Max's Kansas City. I have been the sole owner of this record. Played it once.
2. Big Star - Line Records (a W. Germany pressing on White Vinyl, 1987). This is a four-track disc with September Gurls, She's a Mover, Don't Lie to Me and When My Baby's Beside Me. I've been the sole owner of this one as well. Never played.
3. Big Star - Fan Club Record... only 2,500 pressed. One side Big Star versions of Motel Blues, an alternate takes of In the Street and Watch the Sunrise. Other side: Chris Bell tracks I Am the Cosmos and Me and Your Sister. (For a long time, this was the only way to get any of these tracks.) A 1986 disc, and I've been the sole owner, played it once.
I've enjoyed my time with this great pieces of rock and roll history. As will other records, it's time for someone else to take care of the stewardship. I also have a half dozen vintage Big Star singles, a NM copy of Radio City and other Big Star items.
I ship US Priority mail, and buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Please note that shipping will be a bit more than the automated shipping costs eBay places on these auctions because there are three records, not one. The three records and packaging will weigh between 2.5 and 3 pounds.)
