Really nice copy with original textured gatefold sleeve complete with booklet still firmly fixed and on 1st Press A1/B2 matrix numbers.

This copy is also known as the translucent red vinyl as when you hold it in the sunlight it is a deep red colour.




1st Press UK Stereo LP on DJM Records label DJLPS 410 from 1970.



Tracks:   Ballad of a Well-known Gun / Come Down in Time / Country Comfort / Son of Your Father / My Father's Gun / Where to now St. Peter? / Love Song / Amoreena / Talking Old Soldiers / Burn Down the Mission.



Gatefold sleeve with booklet attached inside has a little edge wear (mainly to bottom edge) and a couple of small creases to inside of sleeve otherwise in clean Excellent+ condition. 

Free from any tears, writing or stickers.  Fully readable spine.


Vinyl has one non-sounding mark on Side 2 otherwise also grades Excellent+

(Both sides of label are clean and free from any writing etc.)

Posting:   Record is removed from outer sleeve.  Record and sleeve are both placed in a polythene sleeve.

They are packed securely between 2 cardboard stiffeners and and then into a new record mailing envelope for posting.
