RARE U2 ACHTUNG BABY anouncement PROMO AD 21x29,7cm with folder 90x18cm

See pictures This is an ad to anounce the forthcoming album, but NOWHERE mentions the name! Just black&white and colour pictures, a total of 12 pages. The folder is attached with a glue drop to the ad, on a black & white picture of the cover of the folder.
NEAR MINT condition.
