PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. \ UK - Colombia Records - Guinn-202 SUPER RARE ...Original British first pressing with GREAT front and back deluxe cover, issued in small quantity some 30+ years ago containing two full sides of "rarities" exclusive versions from 1966 - 1967, prime BYRDS era and is highlighted by two Byrds tracks written by David Crosby that were rejected by Jim McGuinn for the Notorious Byrd Brothers album, leading to Crosby's departure.... "She Has a Way" was recorded at the sessions for their first album. They played it a few times at Ciro's nightclub in Hollywood. The guitar structure is similar to The Searchers' "When You Walk in the Room". "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue" - they performed this song in Columbia Studio A with Lennon, McCartney and Dylan as spectators. "Tabernacle Hillside" - the lyric ideas later resurfaced on a Gene Clark solo album. This is from the "Turn, Turn, Turn" period, late 1965. "It Happens Each Day" - a David Crosby number dates from the Fifth Dimension sessions. The funny little instrumental version of "John Riley" - with Chris playing banjo, is also from the Fifth Dimension sessions. "I Know You Rider" was a highlight from their Monterey Pop Festival show, and the Byrds were considering releasing it as a single. "Psycho Drama City" and "Triad" are from the turbulent mid-1967 period, and are both David Crosby songs which were rejected by McGuinn and Hillman for their Notorious Byrd Brothers album, another reason for Crosby leaving the band. Jefferson Airplane used "Triad" for their Crown Of Creation album in '68, and is one of the highlights of the album. To round off this collection of rarities are *seven sparkling verions from 1967 in Sweden.
