RARE ORIGINAL 1971 THE EXKURSIONS DEBUT ALBUM NEW IN CELLOPHANE
This is a hard-to-find record that is from the year 1971 and features the Classic Christian Rock band "The Exkursions". The band was comprised of members Mike Johnson, Fyl Jonnzen, and Leon Wilson. The band had a vintage psychedelic / blues rock sound that mixed groove, fuzz guitar and blues together with hard rock. Most reviews have compared them to bands like Cream and Jimi Hendrix. The album contains 4 songs on each side of the record for a total of 8 songs. Side One consists of songs 1. Picture Woman 2. Dry Ground 3. Baby You Lied and 4. What Happened To Me. Side Two consists of 1. Third Eye 2. You & Me 3. It's Been Set Down and 4. Would You Believe. The record pictured in this listing is of a previous copy we had owned that was open. The album you will receive has never been opened. It is still in the factory-sealed cellophane and has never been played or touched. Wonderful to find this rare record in this pristine condition.
