of many Detroit and Chicago northern soul and r&b singers. They hardly have any watchers and bids, and it's a real treasure trove,
so please check it out. Original 60's studio acetate, marked by hand "The Perfections" My Imagination / Just Can't Leave You
"My Imagination" may be the same track credited to the Metros on the Kent compilation

"Just Can't Leave You" appears to be the same track as released by Tony Hestor on Karate, but what's up with the overdubbed psychedelic guitar flourishes? The wah wah pedal must've just come out that week! Record is in poor condition; lots of fine scuffs and scratches. Looks as if it's been unsleeved for 40 years. Not deteriorating or coming apart or chipping in any way. Plays well all the way through, but with persistent surface noise. Would almost certainly play better with a Mono cartridge, such as the famed Grado M+ (Thanks Sebastian!)
