This is an extremely rare 5 inch La velle Bobolink from the early 1900's ( I would guess between 1900 and 1925 ) .

ONE SIDE IS A PRIVATE RECORDING BY CHARLES HARRISON JIG-A-JIG .

There is no commercial recording of this song as far as I know by Charles Harrison

The other side is a non playable very detailed picture disc of children playing Rig -a - jig .

Normally La vielle Bobolink were childrens' story telling records with no picture discs.

I have not found any information anywhere about this record. Joe Lindsay Price guide of picture Discs of the World makes no reference to this record.

This is probably one of the earliest childen's picture discs and could possibly be a unique one of a kind.

It comes with an a vintage original RCA picture sleeve indicating that perhaps RCA had something to do with it.

Tested the record plays decent .Harrison's singing is audible and sounds OK but not great.

Picture side is excellent.
