LISTED FOR AUCTION TODAY IS A VERY RARE VINTAGE 78 RPM 10" RECORD. IT IS CLEARLY MARKED ON THE LABEL "MFG. BY PLAYBOY RECORDING AND PUBLISHING CO., CHARLESTON, N.C."; PL 1001 "CRYING IN MY DREAMS"  VOCAL BY "DUB" PHILLIPS WITH THE DIXIE PLAYBOYS! AND ON THE 2ND SIDE "PLEASE REMEMBER I LOVE YOU". IT IS IN THE ORIGINAL BROWN PAPER RECORD SLEEVE AND APPEARS TO BE IN VERY NICE CONDITION.  ACCORDING TO BILLBOARD, THIS WAS A POPULAR HILLBILLY GROUP IN THE LATE 40'S AND 50'S AND I COULD NOT FIND ANY RECORDINGS BY THIS COMPANY WITH THIS GROUP!
