RARE VINTAGE 1978 Original "Living in the U.S.A." by Linda Ronstadt (Songbook) 
This songbook is super cool it has pictures that could be framed inside.  Please see pictures for condition


Dearest Valued Customers, 
Please take the time to really go over the pictures of any item you are interested in!  I take pics from every angle and if there is an issue, deficit, flaw, error, something missing or broken that I did not mention by all means contact me and I will do everything in my power to fix the situation.  Sorry in advance there is only one of me and sometimes it gets overwhelming.  If I find that there is no resolution in sight I will sell the item at a reduced rate as is with the flaw noted or pull the item altogether.
Please note that the items I sell primarily came from our families homes, and they may be new with or without tags, vintage, antique, and/or have been used daily. I just started purchasing from retail stores and estate sales this week.  All items are tested and in working condition, before they are listed on eBay, however, they are vintage and anything can/could happen.  With that being said to the very best of my knowledge; I try to describe them as accurately and honestly as possible they do get bumped around in transit and, because I DO NOT offer any warranty or guarantee's with them, I package them as if they were made of glass. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have I have wonderful customers and I would like to keep it that way!  
Payment is due immediately or as close as you can get to that. I do not ship internationally. I do not accept payment from International Paypal accounts. 
My stance on refunds is 98% of the time they are bogus and I work hard and often and I truly do not have time to deal with 5 or 6 buyers remorse issues cloaked as wrong size, color, weight, etc.  So I definitely do not offer refunds. Please check out my customer feedback, I believe one or two of them even go into how well I package my items.  My job is to make you happy so that you shop with me over and over again.  I don't want you to think there would be no Customer service because that is not the case.  I will just deal with each situation as it is presented.  Thank you all so much for your time and consideration!  Have a blessed day and by all means shop till ya drop...xoxo
