The Records are in Excellent Condition.  See Photo
THe Union Boys-Burl Ives, Tom Glazer, Alan Lomax, Brownie Mcghee, Pete Seeger, Sonny Terry, and Josh White-was a high powered group brought into the studio in March 1944 by Alan Lomax (1915-2002) to record a number of labor-oriented songs.  They never performed publicly as a group.  Some of the songs were issued by Asch Records as Songs For Victory, including U.A.W.-C.I.O., written by Butch Hawes, that once again tied together union organizing, in this case the United Automobile Workers, and victory over Germany, combined with a slight history of the union.
The shellac on all is in E-E+ condition.  All three disks look like they have been played very lightly, if at all.
The cover is in excellent condition, some wear on bottom right corner.  (See photo).  The back cover has a little more wear to it.  (See Photo).  All the paper sleeves are intact and overall everything is in amazing condition.

My grading system for 78 records is the N,E,V,G system. The following Defintions for this system are from Docks Record Guides.
New (N): Apparently unplayed and showing no signs of wear.
Excellent (E) :  Showing only slight wear. Playing surfaces retain much of their original shine.   Surface noise is minimal.
Very Good: (V):  Somewhat more worn than an excellent record, slight grayness appearing in the grooves, especially in louder passages.  Still a fairly clean and acceptable copy.  Surface and extraneous noise is noticeable but does not overwhelm the music.
Good (G) : A misnomer.  A "good" record is really not so good.  It shows considerable wear and usage, grayness in the grooves, random mars and light abrasions from a sleeveless existence.  Surface noise is prominent enough to impair enjoyment of the music.
I won't bother submitting the Fair and Poor conditions as I will most likely never try to sell something in such a condition.

Shipping and Packing
All records are professionally packed.  I use oversize new boxes.  I tape two cardboard mailers, one on each side of the record.  I put plenty of bubblewrap over that and then pack it in the oversize box using crumpled newspaper as cushion.
Shipping and postage in the United States will be $4.00 for the first record and an additional $.25 for each additional record.

 Records have a vague musty odor which could be removed (I assume that it is resonating from the very back of the record book).  I think a little lysol followed by some sunshine would do the trick.
