Amazing RARE and recently never came around original 1st press of this Italian early Electronics/Experimental cult LP. Composed by organist Giorgio Carnini under the pseudonym Zanagoria, this Library is far darker and much more moody than other Italian Experimental works of the time -- often with complicated tones and elements that rival more important modern Electronic composers. Most of the work is relatively spare, and served up in an analogue style that rivals the best BBC Radiophonic material -- although here, the passages are even longer, and have a bigger conception overall -- with less of the feel that these tunes are supposed to be random experiments or sound effects. The material echoes plenty of Pierre Henry, or some of the Dutch Electronic experiments too. Remained almost unheard since the recent reissue, the album provides Electro-acoustic soundscapes featuring treated voices and sound fx and Dark Jazz Electronics. As defined in page 73 of Johnny Trunk's book "The Music Library", "a heavy punch of awesome Experimental Noise, Jazz and Abstract sounds."

Taking the SIAE credits, maybe also the composer Massimo Catalano played in this session. The LP contains a misspressing that's probably present on all existing releases: on the back cover, side tracklistings are inverted since they don't match with the ones on vinyl. Among the best tracks "CANCRIZZANTE IN RITMO" is a Dark, obsessive theme, Mental Electronics and fixed groove. "MONO-TONE" it's even darker alien sounds, very deep and obscure. A perfect Score for an Alien/Terror movie or laboratory frightful experiments. "JAZZ MODULATION" provides Electronic Jazz Experimental tone, weird extemporary sounds built on background obscure Jazzy drums. Deep Experimental andf Abstract all the way, complete early masterpiece of the genre. Enjoy the soundclip.
