Aladdin 3104 by Lowell Fulsom:  Night and Day  b/w  Stormin' and Rainin'. Very early Aladdin country blues guitar 45, on green opaque vinyl. Lowell Fulsom, his guitar and voice, just like it says on the label. Aladdin leased this master from Bob Geddins Cavatone label, originally recorded in 1949, which Cavatone put out on 78 only.  Aladdin then issued this 45 in 1951. On green vinly!!!!!  On 45!!!   This old warhorse has seen a lot of parties, been repaired, but still plays very enjoyably, loud and upfront. There are pops and ticks in the background, as expected with this grade, but Fulsoms' guitar work and vocals are stunningly upfront, easily overpowering the background noise.........Grade VG-.......This 45 would be a major addition to any postwar country blues collection, and for those of you attempting to get all the Aladdin colored vinyl releases, this 45 is one of the rarest.......Ebay has recently made it difficult to put up sound clips, to cater to mobile phone users, but I'll send a sound clip to anyone who wants to hear it.
