- 1963 independent release on SUE RECORDS (788 -- NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK, US).
- VINYL: The vinyl is visually VG (with paper sleeve scuff wear, some faint abrasion scuffings, and some faint skinny hairline streaks and such here and there -- IN MY TENEMENT plays INCREDIBLY with just like 2 or 3 faint ticks and such detected here and there...LOUD and STRONG...NO pops/clicks/jumps/skips/crackle -- COMIN' DOWN plays GREAT with some faint ticks/faint static at the beginning and ending and a few faint ticks throughout...LOUD and STRONG...also NO pops/clicks/jumps/skips/crackle).
- LABELS: SEE PHOTOS (with general wear, a punch hole, some small marks, 2 very small tears or peels on the IN MY TENEMENT side, and a very small tear or peel on the COMIN' DOWN side).
