- The TERA RARE modern soul boogie funk 12" by MAURICE G & T R DII (or MAURICE G & TRDII) -- only comes up for auction a few times every decade!!
- Tracks are as follows:

- 1988 private micro-label release on AMR RECORDS (AJV-100 -- BELLAIRE, TEXAS, US).
- VINYL: The vinyl is visually a super strong VG (shiny wax with a scattering of faint light surface hairlines/faint light surface markings and such here and there as well as 2 white speck dots on SIDE A).
- LABELS: The labels are very nice (SIDE A does have a small green blemish as seen in the photo).
- COVER: The cover is VG (with ring wear and some slight corner wear/slight corner crunches).
