Description

THE CORNELLS   -  Pull top/Honky Tonk Pt 2  (Acetate - HR Recording Studios, 8425 Melrose Ave., Hollywood, CA - 1-2311)   

   Very rare acetate single with the Cornells, a Los Angeles surf band whose members included Bob Linkletter (television personality Art Linkletter´s son), Charlie Corell, Jim O´Keefe, Tom Crumpler and Peter Young. They recorded some singles and one very rare LP on Garex in 1962-63. The two songs on this acetate has never been released. "Pull Top" is a fast wild tough surf guitar instrumental with some sax - GREAT!! "Honky Tonk Pt 2" is a tough fast sax/guitar instrumental. The condition on vinyl is VG+ and it plays excellent with a great sound!
