- The TERA RARE Latin Chicano 45 by TOBY TORRES Y LOS ARCOS!!

- Mid-1960s regional independent release on DISCO PAN AM (PA-115 -- SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, US).
- VINYL: The vinyl is visually a super strong VG- (this disc comes from OLD STORE STOCK -- that said, the vinyl is glossy but with super faint wispy hairlines and faint paper sleeve scuff-type wear mostly in the deadwax areas, some short light superficial scratches on each side, and some haze in the deadwax areas).
- LABEL: SEE PHOTOS (labels are nice with some minor peeling along the center hole and some very minor wear and such here and there).
