SLEEVE: SEALED WITH MINOR CORNER BUMPS AND TOP RIGHT CORNER DRILL HOLE, INDICATING THIS WAS A PROMO AT THE TIME AS CAPITOL RARELY STAMPED THEIR PROMOS AS SUCH, ONLY A PENNY SIZED DRILL HOLE. SLEEVE HAS SCRATCH AND SNIFF HYPE STICKER, WHICH AMAZINGINGLY STILL SMELLS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.  ALTHOUGH WE ARE UNABLE TO CLARIFY LABEL COLOUR, IT IS LIKELY A FIRST PRESSING AS THERE IS NO 'GO ALL THE WAY' HYPE STICKER ON SLEEVE WHICH WAS ADDED ONCE THE SECOND SINGLE FROM THE LP WAS ON THE CHARTS.

Sealed records are sold as stated in unplayed condition. We cannot accept returns of sealed records under any circumstances unless they are still sealed as shipped. Please notify us with your payment if you want us to open this sealed record and check the merchandise before we ship it.

Seam splits (the disc breaking through the spine of the cover in transit) can occur as part of the shipping process. We always pack carefully, but the only sure way to prevent seam splits in transit is to remove the record from the cover before packing it, which we do with all non-sealed records. At the buyer’s request, we will open a sealed record and pack the vinyl in a protective sleeve separate from the cover. Unless the buyer requests that the sealed record be opened and packed in this manner, we are not liable for any seam splits that may occur in transit.
This LP is new old stock from the original period of the album's release.  It is not a recent re-press/re-issue.  As it is still sealed, we cannot confirm which pressing plant or label design it has, and it is offered for sale on that basis.

If eBay's auto-generated invoice DOES NOT (this sometimes happens) calculate the correct shipping discount at purchase, DO NOT pay until we have time to send you a correct invoice with the shipping amount that applies to your purchase.  If you overpay shipping instead of our invoice at time of purchase (this particularily applies to international orders), we are NOT ALWAYS ABLE to refund the full overpaid amount because eBay, Paypal and some other payment services take a percentage of the shipping charge and do not refund it to sellers once it has been paid.  In these circumstances, your overpaid shipping refund will be in the region of 10-13% LESS than the overpayment made.  We are online all day most days, so please be patient and await a correct shipping invoice if eBay's system does not provide it to you.
ALL PAID BUT CANCELLED ORDERS BEFORE SHIPMENT OR REFUNDS ARE NOW SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Upon return of merchandise we will always refund in full any item genuinely defective or if we have made an error. 
Paypal and some other payment services no longer refund the fees it charges sellers for refunds of full [or part of] an order, or for order cancellations after payment has already been made.  
Any customer that cancels a paid-for order before shipment, or returns items for any other reason than defective or seller error, will receive a full refund MINUS any fees that Paypal and some other payment services keep from the seller.  This fee varies depending on the amount of the purchase, but is usually 3-4% of the total value of the purchase, including shipping. If the payment processor does not keep any fees charged to the seller, a full refund will be made.
