Mega rare Double lp released on the Apple label in 1972
Catalogue number: APPLE - SAPDO 1002
Condition:
Records: Visually record one is Near Mint with 2-3 extremely minor surface marks that are only just visible under bright light with a glossy shine to it.
Record two is also Near Mint but has about 3-4 extremely minor surface marks barely visible under bright light. You really have to search for them! Surface marks are only caused by the records being removed from their sleeves, no other reason.
Play Grade:
About what you would expect from records that look near mint. They play like new records, seriously! There is No crackle, No pops, No skips, No Jumps, No clicks or anything else other than the music. Superb!!
The mix is loud and extremely well recorded and very clear. A truly wonderful listening experience.
The records have probably only been played a couple of times since they were pressed.
The sleeve has not faired quite so well, it has a ring mark on the front and rear and has edge scuffing at the bottom. There are no rips or tears. Record collector grade EX-

Summary:
This is an incredibly rare LP that has been preserved in superb condition (the records anyway) that is an absolute must for any Ravi Shankar fans and collectors of 'Apple' Label records. I have only seen one copy prior to this one and it was no where near the condition of this one.
