Ravi Shankar 1971 UK 1st Apple DEMO pressing of the 'Joi Bangla' three track 7" single. Released on the 27th August 1971, this was a poor selling record for Ravi Shankar and Apple making it now very much sought after. The single was issued to raise money for the starving people of Bangladesh and contains three tracks all which are produced by George Harrison.

Released on the 'Apple Records' label both sides state 'DEMO RECORD NOT FOR SALE' along with the release date of '27.8.71'. the vinyl comes housed within the original 'Apple Records' sleeve which is in particularly nice condition grading at EXCELLENT condition.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. APPLE 37 A 1U 1 G KT

Side 2. APPLE 37 B 1U 1 G KT

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition.

Both sides of the vinyl have been play tested with NO faults at all.

The labels are in VERY GOOD+ condition side one (light sticker residue and '265' written) and EXCELLENT+ condition side two.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
