WOW, this is a REAL FIND, a SINGLE SIDED 1966, UK UNRELEASED DEMO ONLY ACETATE - SITAR PSYCH / RAGA - PUBLISHING ACETATE by RAVI SHANKAR !!!
This track was released in 1966 as the A. side to his FONTANA RECORDS single !!!
This is a completely different version which starts with rolling drums, unlike the released version which starts with flute, and as a matter of fact the first 36 seconds are unreleased (Youtube only recognised the track from 36 second onwards) !!!
RAVI SHANKAR of course was associated with THE BEATLES and was a close friend of GEORGE HARRISON !!!
This was a PUBLISHING DEMO ONLY ACETATE and came from the METRIC MUSIC PUBLISHING library which I bought !!!

The ACETATE was cut by METRIC MUSIC PUBLISHING.
The condition of the ACETATE is in EX++ / EX+++ condition (PROBABLY UNPLAYED UNTIL NOW !!! GREAT CONDITION for this age acetate, light scuffs and marks only, plays great with only mild crackle as ACETATES tend to have) !!!
