RAVI SHANKAR portrait of a genius LIBERTY RECORDS LP stereo A-2U/B-2U LBS 83079!

 

Original UK LP with fully laminated sleeve, comes with the original Patent/MIGB white paper inner sleeve, released in 1965 on the LIBERTY RECORDS Label. Catalogue number: LBS 83079.

 

Matrix Numbers Read:

A-side: LBS 83079 A-2U

B-side: LBS 83079 B-2U

 

Sleeve: EXCELLENT CONDITION

Clean sleeve in EXCELLENT condition. Sleeve is still enclosed in the original shop sealant which has been opened along the record insert edge, displays no rips/tears, no seem splits, no edge wear and no deep lined sleeve creases. The original paper inner record sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, overall clean with no damage.

 

Record: EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)

Record labels are in NEAR MINT condition, clean with no wear and just a few minor faint visible traces of spindle trail marks evident on both sides. Playing surfaces and matrix areas retain the full original lustre on both sides, displays just a few small, minimal barely visible, soft feather light fine line surface scuffs, which only show up/appear when angled and viewed closely under a strong bright light. Graded visually as EXCELLENT. *Record play EXCELLENT both sides, emitting mainly a good clean sound with no loud or noticeable background crackles or clicks. Does have some occasional low level background crackles and clicks in places, mainly only evident during the quite passages.
