LIMP/O'ROURKE 31,1979
RAZZ DC group 7" 45 w/TOMMY KEENE, song is YOU CAN RUN (But You Can't Hide), backed with WHO'S MR COMEDY?. both co-written by MIKE REIDY, enigmatic and brash lead vocalist of THE RAZZ. Other members on this 45 are DOUG TULL on DRUMS, BILL CRAIG on Guitar, and TED NICELEY on Bass. Ted went on to become a noted punk producer, but his greatest accomplishment by far was being best man at my wedding!! In the late 70s, THE RAZZ had put an early 45 out on O'Rourke, C REDEUX. They made test pressings for a second, Cherry Vanilla, but it was cancelled for release when Tommy Keene joinded as guitarist and song writer, replacing abaad behram who had left to form REACTIONS. My label LIMP, combined with O'Rourke to issue the AIRTIME EP, followed by this 45, the last issued by The Razz. This is a limited pressing, from 1979..., in BOX 8241/8165*****THIS IS A 7" VINYL RECORD!! *****
