Please note: for proper balances on playback, all 2-track tapes must be played on a 2-track machine. Playback on a 4-track machine will not give even weight to the channels and may not be satisfactory.

These recordings were originally issued on LP in mono only and were not available in stereo on LP until the budget-line Victrola issue of Don Juan on VICS-1392 in 1969 and the budget-line Gold Seal issue of the Liebermann on AGL1-3882 in 1981!!
The first reference I have found to this 2-track tape comes in Clough & Cuming's World Encyclopedia of Recorded Music, Supplement III, listing recordings made through 1955, so this tape was one of the very first stereo tapes RCA ever issued, and the only way to hear these recordings in stereo for a very long time!

The tape is in excellent condition; the box shows very minor shelf wear but there is a short edge split along the right-hand side (see photo).
