USA INDIANAPOLIS stampers: 1S / 1S. Metal Mother A1 / A1
Reiner in his most famous recording of Strauss. This is an Audiophile Delight. A wonder recorded in 1954 in stereo.
Only in the late nineteen fifties RCA was able to make cuttings in stereo. When the stereo edition came out it did not sell well. Only few where produced and therefore only 1 S excist. Here we have the earliest possible pressing with A1 / A1 mother stampers. Only 500 copies where made with A1 / A1. Very Rare.
RECORD: NM- ( a few superficial hairlines from resleeving)
SLEEVE: EX- (the original pink sticker was torn off leaving slight damage to artwork, all seams nice and white and still intact. Nice white back)
