Artist: ANATOLE FISTOULARI conducting the PARIS CONSERVATOIRE ORCHESTRA
Title: “Ballet Music from the Opera”
Label: RCA LIVING STEREO. Labels with shaded dog logo are red with silver text. Stereo pressing on medium thick vinyl with deep groove. Catalog number is LSC 2400.
Matrix numbers (stamped) are as follows:
Side 1: A2/1S
Side 2: A1/1S
Condition:
DISC: EXCELLENT with full original gloss. Has been played a small number of times and handled with utmost care. There are a couple slight hairline paper scuffs but no serious or audible marks or distractions with the exception of one isolated moderate tic at approximately 1:40, otherwise playback is sublime. Fidelity is superb – clean and crisp. Absolutely no hint of surface noise. Labels are clean. This very rare and desirable LP is one that you are sure to cherish.
I have included a sound clip of the first approximately 2+ minutes of Side 1 so that you can hear the actual sound of this record and judge the sound quality for yourself. (No sound modification software has been used – what you hear is precisely what you will get!)
JACKET: EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork. Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent. There is light wear on spine, and reverse panel has price notation in upper right corner and a hint of light ring wear. Jacket is clean with no other writing, stickers, or cutout indications. Overall a very fine jacket.
