Description

RCA LSC 2563, Beethoven Trio in D, Bach Three Sinfonias, Schubert Trio No. 2, Heifetz, Primrose and Piatigorsky (1961) 1s/1s, A1/A1, (I) Indianapolis pressing. This is NOT a reissue – it is the original 50+ year old 1s/1s pressing.  This copy is very close to mint and plays perfectly except for 3 light tics on side 2.  It was recorded in 1961, and the sound has a wonderful lifelike presence that places the instruments in your listening room.  The vinyl surfaces are clean, glossy and EXCEPTIONALLY quiet.  The vinyl looks and plays NM.  The labels are clean with NO wear or spindle marks (see photos). The jacket has almost no wear and grades EX (see photos). The original inner sleeve is also EX.  Summing up, this is a near mint copy of this wonderful golden-age recording.
