Original RCA inner sleeve included
Cover has mild wear and aging, bent right corners, one small chip out of the spine, and a 5" split on the top seam.
Vinyl plays VG+; there is a medium pop on the lead-in grooves on side 1; after that, some light crackling comes and goes and isn't usually audible when the music is louder than a forte.
Vinyl has been professionally cleaned with an AudioDesk ultra-sonic cleaning unit and placed in a new sleeve.

Unless sealed, all individual records are shipped with the record outside the cover to avoid damage.
