Description
I am listing some very collectable RCA "Shaded Dog" and Mercury "Living Presence" classical LP's tonight. This one is for RCA LSC-2237 "Rachmaninoff: Piano Concerto No. 3" from 1959 with the renowned pianist Byron Janis accompanied by the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Charles Munch conducting. For anyone that collects these RCA classical LSC LP's from the golden age of stereo this one is a must have. In my 15+ years on eBay I have seen this LP listed only a few times. It has a NM book listing for $200 in the latest GM Record Guide. This LP comes will come with a poly lined audiophile sleeve. Sorry, no original inner sleeve. I have graded the cover VG+. There are no seam splits or corner bumps and there is only minimal wear to each side. The previous owners name is written on the top of the rear cover, hence the VG+ rating. The labels are clean. See pictures. The LP has been sight graded at Excellent with only a couple of angel hairs on each side noticed under bright light. I have not play graded this LP so please bid accordingly. The LP displays 1S/1S stampers. I am letting the market place dictate what this will go for as I am staring the auction at 99 cents. I have seen some ridiculous reserves and selling prices for this LP over the years on eBay. Here is your chance to score on a copy that will not need to be upgraded. I guarantee your satisfaction. Please review my 100% feedback. Sorry but NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDING/SHIPPING. USA ONLY. Thanks for reviewing this listing and good luck.
