Please see all my auctions this week. I’ve put up a batch of outstanding original, early RCA Living Stereo Shaded Dog releases along with a couple Mercury Living Presence LPs and two still sealed RCA Stereo Action records. This isn’t my collecting area, but in over 20 years of collecting, I kept an eye out for top quality LPs of this sort. All the RCA Shaded Dogs and Mercurys are in absolute top condition, featuring clean, glossy vinyl, usually without so much as a single spindle mark! These are all, literally, the best I’ve ever seen! And no reserve on any of them!

Note: All photos are of the actual records for sale. I have not yet mastered the art of taking photos of record albums, so please forgive my less than ideal pictures. Attempts with flash had horrible glare, and under regular lighting my camera compensates by toning down some of the colors.Please note all the colors on covers and labels are deep and bright and exactly what you’d expect in these high grades!

Condition:

Vinyl: Beautiful, like new glossy NM vinyl looks unplayed--no visible marks at all! Absolutely no spindle marks!

Cover: Nice bright glossy photo, marks and sticker upper left and the beginning of a hairline split, about one inch, bottom center, so VG++

NO RESERVE!

Bidder policy: Due to a recent problem bidder, absolutely no “zero feedback” bidders will be allowed. Any and all bids by zero feedback bidders will be canceled and the bidders blocked. Bidders with less than 15 feedback need to contact me first if you wish to bid, or your bids will be canceled as well.

SHIPPING FOR LPs

USA: $4 for USPS Media Mail, combine shipping, just +$1 for each additional record. $9 for USPS Priority Mail and +$2 for each additional record. Insurance optional, and extra charge.

International Airmail: $20 First Class International, combine shipping just +$5 for each additional record. ALL items (or combined package totals) over $100 or weighing more than 4 pounds must be shipped Express Mail International for signature required, $38 base rate +$5 for each additional record.

Canada: $10 +$6 for each additional record.

Important update--added 3/1/2013: After a helpful question from a bidder, I was able to locate more information in the dead wax of the RCA Shaded Dogs I have listed this week. I have checked them all, and every Shaded Dog that I've listed has an upper case "I" in the dead wax on both sides. EVERY SHADED DOG I have up this week is an INDIANAPOLIS PRESSING!
