The record itself is Near Mint, actually looks like it may have been unplayed. The inner sleeve is in very good condition but does have a mark on one side that is clear in the photos. The outer sleeve is in very good condition for it's age but there is a one inch tear at the top of the sleeve at the opening with age related marks.
