- Cover: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners. Tape along the top and left edges. Surface wear on the front and back. The back has pieces of a label across the middle. Someone's name is written in blue ink near the bottom on the front)
- Record: VGVG+ (Side 1 has slight skip at beginning. Faint surface noise on both sides, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG++VG++
