This is new and sealed.
If memory serves me correct, I acquired this in 2009 and that's the same year it was released. It's a US version. As you can see, there are two stickers on the front, including a "Tasty New Vinyl..." sticker which I've only seen on this record.
As far as if the vinyl itself is standard black or colored -- I do NOT know. There was never any sticker indication of any sort of color to the vinyl. I have an original copy of this vinyl and bought this as a backup copy, so I never really cared about variants. I was just happy to have it.
So, if you're buying this, please read the above and understand the above. I do NOT have any additional information about this release and this version. It's very hard to figure out. Some of you are savants with this stuff, whereas I am not. I'm a fan, and although I collect, I'm not knowledgeable of everything.
This will ship in an industry standard record mailer, with additional protection on both sides to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
This comes from my personal collection.
