Payments: Buyer must contact me within three days with payment info, and payment must be received within seven days of auctions end or item is subject to re -listing without further notice. I always go through non paying bidder procedure. And I always make a big deal out of NON-PAYERS. Unfortunately I have been UNPAID now on a few occasions, and this makes me Mad, as it costs me money to list these items, and also my time and the time of the other bidders. ! · I Accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Personal cheques and postal orders · Please allow time for cheque to clear my bank, postal order is better still as it is cleared funds enabling immediate despatch. Refund Policy: All items are represented to the best of my ability, unless otherwise stated, all items are used and sold as is. I will give a refund only if this item is grossly misrepresented. To receive a refund, I must be emailed within three days of your receiving it, and must receive the item back within seven days of your receiving it. I will give a full refund, excluding shipping. Postage : Please note I post fast and pack well but please contact me BEFORE auction close if you would like me to combine postage as I will not automatically adjust postage cost for multiple items unless agreed prior to close as this involves me in extra trips to the post office to determine shipping weight etc If you need to ask about postage cost please request this through E bays “Ask Seller A Question” Feature as I will respond quicker because I will see your request sooner as I don’t always get time to check my email everyday. Quick Payment means great feedback If you are a bidder and have a feedback of 98% or less, then please contact me before bidding as I am fed up with buyers who don’t fully read my listing and then leave negative or neutral feedback as a result of something they have misunderstood or not asked.
