Original 1969 Canada stereo press of LP on Columbia ‘ 360 Sound’ label
Rebecca & the Sunny Brook Farmers titled " Birth"
issued on Musicor in U.S.A.
CONDITION:
cover: VG++ to Excellent
lite shelf wear/soiling ~ lite wear/fray to edges & corners
tiny bb lower right
vinyl: VG+(+)
super clean & glossy ~ 3 or 4 small lite surface marks/tiny lite surface scratches per side
all minor lite superficial surface save for 1 scratch at the send of side A can be felt with
fingertips & makes 25 - 30 lite clicks on the last cut of the side ~ remainder
plays excellent, but, with several occasional odd lite clicks & a bit of
occasional lite low level surface noise/ lite crackle in a couple of spots

"Fuzz, Acid & Flowers":
An interesting and rather imaginative Pittsburgh-based act judging
from this album. There's lots of interesting string arrangements, Kiki's
seductive vocals and for the most part strong material, although Side Two
becomes more experimental. Obviously not for garage fans, but if experimental
psychedelic/progressive rock is your niche this collectable may be of interest.
