Unknown Artist - You Didn't Hear a Word i Said

Rare UK songwriters acetate with songsheet showing the songwriters as Joey Cooper and Red West, Red West being the close confidant and bodyguard to Elvis and songwriter who wrote 'That's Someone you Never Forget' and 'You'll be Gone' for Elvis. Joey Cooper and Red West wrote 'If You Think i Don't Need You' for Viva Las Vegas plus 'I'm a Fool' for Ricky Nelson.
This has an Emidisc label on both sides, the other side has an American label underneath. The songsheet has a 1968 publishing credit by Atlantic in Hollywood and Cyril Shane Music in London.
I have done extensive research on this acetate but can't find any release information for the song so probably never released. I'm not sure if the song on the other side is anything to do with side one.
Side one of the acetate is in vg condition condition. Side two is in g condition.
