A rare Miami Garage Rock 45 when found sells for a minimum of $100 to $140.

This copy looks excellent and I believe most sellers would list it AT LEAST AS VG+/VG++/even to NM-*

Actual comments: You're a thief, a liar and scam artist. This record is not VG+ or NM- like you claim. It was dirty so I even had to wash it with a Brillo pad and Oxy clean to no good. It skips and sounds horrible!

This record doesn't fit in my cd player! I want my money back!
