Rare Reel-to-reel tape of Carole King-Tapestry (Ode OR-77009, Stereo, 1971, US) 4-track, 7 1/2 IPS reel-to-reel version of this classic album. Tape made and distributed by A&M. Box and the tape itself are in great shape. The box is VG+/VG++. A few small spots of discoloration, front cover. A little wear/discoloration on the left side of the back cover along the spine. A few small spots on the right side of the lid too. A very small tear in the center bottom of the lid, where you open the box. There's a very tiny split in the box right under that. Another small split on the left side of the back of the box. (See pics) The box is very sturdy, displays well with no corner splits. The tape itself appears EX/EX+. Very nice shape. Nice, clean, metallic label and the tape are virtually flawless. This hasn't been tested and is being sold AS IS, but I can't imagine finding a copy in too much better off shape. A copy any collector would be happy with. A true survivor, especially as far as condition goes.
