An inspiring collection of Americana, with texts by Thomas Jefferson, Walt Whitman and Robert Frost, including The Testament of Freedom by Randall Thompson.

Original Reference Recording. A Prof. Keith Johnson recording. A TAS Superdisc Title.

For over 30 years Reference Recordings have been making some of the greatest sounding recordings on Earth. Engineer Prof. Keith O. Johnson, renowned for his more than 50 pioneering years of recording and equipment design, has always been at the forefront of high-resolution audio. He has engineered nearly 150 classical and jazz albums, including seven that have been nominated for and two that have won Grammys for Best Engineered Classical Recording.

Condition: 2 LP Set in heavy paper laminated gatefold sleeve is in beautiful, like new, condition. Upper right corner of jacket is stubbed slightly. Spine is straight. There are no spindle marks on the label. Vinyl is shiny to the eye and plays beautifully.
