12" VINYL LP RECORD - BOTH SIDES SHOWN IN PHOTOGRAPH

This record has been cleaned and test played, surface has some marks but sound quality is good.
It will be shipped in a purpose designed record mailer.
My reggae collection has been in store for over 30 years in some cases, now its your chance to own some classical tunes!
Who am I?
I am Laurence who developed the sales outside of London in the Midlands and the north for DIP records (see picture of cards), later I recorded reggae bands in the Midlands and managed to get "Steel pulse" aired before they were famous!
I also worked with Les Cliff, Ripton Bennett, Prewax etc and made may versions for sound systems of the time.
I worked with Dennis Lascelles Harris of DIP records in the 1970's when British reggae was just starting to appear and get noticed. DL International records (DIP) became EVE records and they along with experts such as Dennis Bovell developed the sound that we know now as "Lovers Rock". A truly wonderful time to be in at the beginning of what was to become a very British reggae sound in the future.
Long may it live on.
