Description
The now increasingly collectible 1980s reissue of the 1968 classic Reggae LP, REGGAE TIME, featuring VARIOUS ARTISTS.
A US repress made with the original master tapes.
LABEL - STUDIO 1 CSL 8017
VINYL CONDITION: VG++. The vinyl has retained some of its gloss.There are several superficial hairline marks on both sides - mainly visible under a strong light. Although this is an 80s repress, it was made using the original master tapes therefore, background crackle and half a dozen or so minor pops can be heard throughout. Despite this, each track plays with a strong,clear output - instrumental and vocal delivery is still powerful.No skips or jumps.
ALBUM COVER CONDITION: VG+. Front and back covers have signs of age and storage/shelf wear. Blu-tack can be found on each corner of the back cover (see photo no.2). This can be removed with care. Minor shelf and insertion-wear on edges (see photo7). Spine has a 4" parting at the centre (see photo 8). However, the cover still retains the record securely. Tiny rip on the centre opening (see photo 9).
LABEL CONDITION:EX+ Very minor spindle marks on the centre hole. Otherwise, a clean label.
