Description
This is the one that started it all, the 1988 R.E.M. Holiday Fan Club 7” pack, still in its original mailer.
There are three pieces to this packet, all of which remain in Mint condition. There’s a “Best of the Season” card, still in the envelope, a booklet announcing tour dates, with notes from each of the band members, and finally, the 7”, only 3,000 of which were pressed. The A-side features Musorgsky’s “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers,” while the B-side features a brilliant cover of Television’s “See No Evil.” A classic!
I’m clearing out a fair amount of R.E.M. pieces, all of the Holidays packs from 1988 to 1996, as well signed material, flexis, singles, and plenty more, so please see my other auctions if that’s of any interest to you. Obviously, we’ll combine shipping for multiple wins.
