Up for auction:

The Holy Grail for REM collectors, the band's first single(from 1981) "Radio Free Europe/Sitting Still" on the Hib Tone Records label!

Admittedly, not in the best of shape, this copy has been played quite a bit.  Numerous, mostly light scratches and smudges.  Picture sleeve is worn and soiled and has been tape repaired. 
The cover's most glaring defect is that it has marker markings and ball point pen markings(ovals), plus "Radio Free Europe" has been handwritten on it(see picture).
