Description

An original 1st press from 1988 on the IRS label in the UK. Matrix A1/B1 - 1st cut. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover along with original bespoke inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In super condition and has only seen light careful use. Under close inspection I couldn't make out more than a few ultra-light scuff marks per side - nothing remotely toublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are really nice and quiet and the audio comes across with fantastic clarity. If you've only ever heard these hits on CD - do yourself and favour and hear them how they were originally envisaged on LP. There's a big difference! Interference is very minor and infrequent. I couldn't detect more than a few crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side [e.g. briefly in the opening moments of track 1]. A fantastic rendition of some classic 80's tracks.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Magnificent condition and has clearly been looked after carefully. Perfectly clean and flat front and rear. I'm struggling to make out a single crease or any surface wear at all. Very impressive. Pretty much no edge wear and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. You won't find a better specimen.
Inner (Ex/Ex+) Excellent condition. No splits, markings, - really smart.
