Payments

Paying Cash
Sadly we do not accept cash and only accept payment via the eBay managed payments system, information regarding managed payments can be found in eBay Help & Contact.
Collection Only
Some items are listed as 'Collection Only', this is because the item maybe too large for our courier service, too fragile for transit or we simply do not have the resources to package the item. These items cannot be sent by our team or packaged for third-party couriers and so you will need to collect from one of our locations in Essex and Hertfordshire. We can on some occasions arrange a ‘White Glove’ courier service, but this will be at an additional cost and would normally be invoiced separately via PayPal.
Spares or Repairs and Untested Items
Most of our electrical items are PAT tested, but you will notice that some are listed as 'Spares or Repair' or 'Untested'. These are items which can be faulty or we are unable to test, so please bid accordingly. We recommend that ALL electrical items are tested by a professional electrician before use.
