From the archives of a noted Australian rock’n’roll and entertainment historian comes this piece of classic rock music history. REM. Christmas ’89. Limited Edition. US pressing. 1989 Fan Club Single. REM – Athens LLC REM Fan Club. Good King Wenceslas / Academy Fight Song. Limited Edition. Numbered 0033. Record in Very Good Plus to Near Mint, looks barely played if at all. Cover comprises fold-out poster of band in Very Good Plus condition. SHIPPING: In these COVID times, there have been problems with international shipping from Australia beyond slow, or no, air mail. I’ve had a parcel to the UK damaged and another that was diverted from air mail to sea mail and, three months later, appears no closer to reaching Europe. Until things improve, I’m shifting to Express Air Mail. More expensive but if you’re bidding for a record you want to enhance the probability of getting it in good order. The other option is for Standard Air Mail but buyer pays for full insurance and the correct value of the record is noted on the customs form, which some buyers have been reluctant to do in the past.
